Higher Education

Many Australian universities have recently taken heat that they may not be adhering to academic standards, according to “The Australian.” It appears that media sources, and other poisonous entities, have highlighted corruption in the system and initiated bankruptcy among some colleges, while driving down standards in many others. Several reputable higher-learning facilities have been charged with selling out, for the very principles in which they claim to uphold.

This recent influx in degraded learning, among once prestigious institutions, has prompted alternative means of attaining income, besides merely relying on private sources. Australian college standards are upheld by visible achievement, in the form of grades, not the means by which learning actually takes place.
